OBITUARY - KAYE ANN (FOLTZ) WARD

Kaye Anne WARD, daughter of Claire & Hazel (SMITH) FOLTZ, was born September 22, 1959 in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Kaye graduated from Mount Ayr High School in 1978. She then graduated from beauty school and worked a short time as a beautician. Kaye would later operate a day care business out of her home before working several years at Woodlink in Mount Ayr.

Kaye passed away on October 16, 2008. She was preceded in death by her father and a sister Nancy IRVING.

Survivors include her four children Logan WARD & wife Lindsay of Des Moines, Luke WARD of Iowa City, Bridget WARD of Norwalk, and Hillary WARD of Mount Ayr; four grandchildren Mason, Haley, Rebecca, Madox, and there are two more grandchildren soon to be born; Kaye’s mother Hazel FOLTZ of Des Moines, sister Lynne FOLTZ of Des Moines; two brothers Lee FOLTZ & wife Linda of Waukee and Ned FOLTZ of Mount Ayr; a brother-in-law Pat IRVING of Davenport; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
