NOTICE of DEATH - JOANNE (NICHOLS) MADDUX

Joanne MADDUX, 78, of Washington State died January 2, 2004.

Memorial services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, at the United Church of Diagonal. The Rev. John BERAN will officiate the service. Burial will be in Diagonal Cemetery. Wilson-Watson and Armstrong Funeral Home, 205 W. Monroe St., Mount Ayr, has charge of arrangements.

Mrs. MADDUX, daughter of Nelle (POLEN) and David NICHOLS, was born September 21, 1925, in Diagonal. She married Joel MADDUX.

She was preceded in death by her husband; three brothers, Robert, Miles and David NICHOLS; and sister Virginia Nelle (NICHOLS) MURPHY.
