OBITUARY - ART KILGORE

Art KILGORE, 78, of Lenox, formerly of Diagonal, died May 13, 2005, at Bergan Mercy Medical Center in Omaha, Neb.

Services will be 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 18, at the United Church of Diagonal. The Rev. John BERAN and the Rev. Eydie STEPHENS will officiate the service. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, north of Diagonal. There is open visitation after 10 a.m. Tuesday with the family receiving friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson-Watson and Armstrong Funeral Home in Diagonal. A memorial has been established in his name.

Mr. KILGORE, son of Eunice E. (WHITE) and Zenas R. KILGORE, was born July 7, 1926, north of Diagonal. He helped his family in the farming business. He resided at Lenox Care Center.

Survivors include a brother, Lawrence (wife Evelyn) KILGORE, and a sister, Edna PARKER, all of Diagonal; a sister-in-law, Clara KILGORE of Clearfield; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother George KILGORE, sister Ruth LEE, niece Teena PARROTT and an infant brother.
