NOTICE of DEATH

DIED -- Jacob BYERLY, who lived west of town, died last Monday evening after a very short illness. he had been in poor health for some time, but attended to his work. He was in town last Saturday, but on returning home took to his bed, and soon passed away.

NOTE: Jacob BYERLY was interred at Oak Ridge Cemetery near Mount Ayr, Ringgold County, Iowa.
