Solomon Stonehocker and his wife Rachel Brown moved to Deep River, Poweshiek County in about 1859, from Ohio. His father was Micheal Stonehocker of Coschocton County, Ohio. I am trying to find out Rachel Brown's parents' names. Rachel was born in Ohio in 1826, and died in Adair, Iowa in 1885. My Great Grandfather, John David Stonehocker, was born to them in Deep River, 8 Feb 1868.
