searching by birthdate only

I am wondering if it is possible to search by birthdate only. I have a great grandmother who was adopted, so I don't have her first names.

She became Nellie Eldora (Saunders) Jack, but was always known as Dora. My mother (her grandchild) never knew her full name. (Secretive family)

I have the following information: Birth 06/23/1873 in Montezuma, IA. On her marriage license, year is listed as 1874.

1880 census Poweshiek Co, Jackson Twp shows the following:

Father, A. M. Sanders 46 born OH

Mother, Margaret A. Wood born NY

Dora 7 born in IA her birth father born in IND her birth mother born in OH (shown as Canada, which matches her mother's place of birth on one record).

If there is a way to search IA birth records by date only, please let me know.
