Birth Record of Grandmother

My grandmother was born in Brooklyn, Iowa, March 11, 1882. Her father was Charles W. Reed and her mother was Zipporah Shimmel Reed. We don't know whether my grandmother's name was recorded as Florence Irene Reed or possibly Irene Florence Reed.

Is it possible to examine the county records to determine the way her name was recorded?
