The Joseph Pitman I am searching for was listed in the 1910 (Pleasant Twp),1920 and 1930 census of Grant Twp, Poweshiek County, Iowa. His wife was named Elizabeth (Betty) and daughter Rhoda (Roddy). Joseph was born in Missouri, Elizabeth born in Holland and Rhoda born in Iowa. Could Elizabeth have passed on and Joseph perhaps had a second family? If so, could Joe L. have been the son of the Joseph Pitman for whom I am searching?
