DEATH OF RALPH VOLQUARDSON

Another Member of the S.A.T.C.
Passes Away Wednesday Morning
at City Hospital.

The death of Ralph B. Volquardson took place at the city hospital Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock. He was the seventh member of the S.A.T.C. to die with pneumonia resulting from influenza. He was taken to the hospital Friday last, and for a time his condition seemed better.

The young man was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Volquardson, of Davenport, and was nineteen years of age. The father and mother and sister, Miss Florence, arrived here Friday evening and remained until their son passed away. They left with the body for home Wednesday evening.
