C.W. ENNIS, FORMER
CONTRACTOR HERE,
DIES IN TEXAS

Dr. H.C. Parsons received a telegram this morning from Houston, Texas, announcing the death of C.W. Ennis, former wellknown resident of Grinnell. Mr. Ennis was a building contractor in the days of Grinnell's greatest building activity. He will be remembered as the builder of the Poweshiek County National Bank, the Grinnell State Bank and the Masonic Temple. He had lived in Texas for a number of years.
