LAST SERVICES FOR
CLYDE EARL COON
THIS AFTERNOON

Clyde Earl Coon, well known Grinnell resident for many years, passed away in a local hospital Friday evening after a month's illness. He would have been 71 years old on his next birthday, Sept. 22.

Funeral services were held from the James Funeral Home this afternoon in charge of Rev. W.F. Overhulser. Pall bearers were Homer Allen, Ivan Brooks, Clyde O'Hara, Jack Pasch, Dale Adkins and Robert Breiting. Interment was in Hazelwood cemetery.
