LORI REIMERS

Lori Babcock Reimers, 30, of Fort Wayne, Ind., formerly of Grinnell, died of a heart attack Sunday, Aug. 7, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Graveside services were conducted Wednesday morning at Hazelwood Cemetery here.

She was the daughter of Lynn O. and Donna Woods Babcock, and was born March 26, 1964, in Cedar Rapids. She attended school in Mount Vernon and later graduated from Grinnell High School in 1982. She lived in Cedar Rapids, Colorado and Grinnell before moving to Fort Wayne in 1988. While living there she worked for the Triple Crown Trucking Co. as a customer service representative.

Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Donna and Jerry Minear of Fort Wayne; one brother, Jeffrey Babcock of Indianapolis, Ind.; two stepbrothers, Michael Minear of Des Moines and Gregory Minear of Austria; two stepsisters, Carrie Leichty of Burnville, Minn., and Jennifer Jacoby of Antioch, Calif.; her grandfather, Donald R. Woods of Anamosa; her grandmothers, Toni Hahn of North English and Thelma Minear of Grinnell; and her great-grandmother, Dona Sciefers of Grinnell.

She was preceded in death by her father.
