FUNERAL SERVICES
PLANNED TUESDAY
FOR JACK SEE, 74

Jack See, 74, died Saturday morning at his home at 703 Second Avenue following an extended illness.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the James-Schalinske Funeral Home with the Rev. L.H. Streich, pastor of St. John's Lutheran church, officiating. Organ music will be provided by Mrs. Kathleen Heffner.

In charge of flowers will be Mrs. Edward Rutledge and Mrs. Delmar Carter. Harold Belcher, Lester Holcomb, Clarence See, William Belcher, Leonard Lemke, and Donald Lemke will be pallbearers. Interment will be in Westfield cemetery.

The son of Jonathan and Mary Ellen Dawson See, he was born Feb. 11, 1888, at Iowa Center. He attended the public schools of that community and was reared in the Evangelical church.

On Jul 29,, 1916, at Grinnell, he was united in marriage with Rose Kahler. He had made his home in Grinnell for the past 31 years, with the exception of a few years in Des Moines. Mr. See had been employed by the City of Grinnell.

Survivors include his widow Rose; four children, Mrs. Ernest (Evelyn) Mitchell of Brooklyn, Lawrence See of Grinnell, Marion See of Grinnell, and Mrs. Paul (Betty) Bullers of Grinnell; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Rose Belcher of Des Moines.

He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and six sisters.
