DIES FRIDAY MORNINGFollowing a stroke suffered Thursday morning at her Montezuma home, Mrs. Hattie Warwick, 80, died Friday afternoon at the Mahaska county hospital.
Mrs. Warwick had operated a nursing home in Montezuma for a number of years prior to her death. Her husband, Homer, preceded her in death in 1935.
She is survived by one son, one daughter, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held today (Monday) at the Montezuma Methodist church with the Rev. William Rickoff of Deep River and the Rev. George Snyder of Montezuma officiating. Interment was at the Barnes City cemetery.
