RITES CONDUCTED

Veda E. Arment, 69, of Fort Collins, Colo., formerly of Grinnell, died Sept. 26, at a Fort Collins nursing home.

Funeral services were conducted Sept. 29 at the Warren-Bohlender Funeral Chapel in Fort Collins, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

She was born Dec. 26, 1918, in Centerville. She was married to Leonard E. Arment in Grinnell May 2, 1940.

Surviving are three sons, Max L. and Keith L., both of Fort Collins, and Patrick L. of Loveland, Colo.; three brothers, Daniel Jordan of San Diego, Calif., Wesley of Robin, Iowa, and Emory of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two sisters, Irma Eryman of Cedar Rapids and Mary Judge of Marshalltown; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
