MRS. EMERETTA ADAMS HUGHES

Mrs. Emeretta Adams Hughes, wife of James Hughes, died on Sunday evening at the city hospital, where she had been taken suffering from a severe attack of pneumonia. The funeral was held at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon from the Mt. Pleasant church west of Newburg and *interment was made in the cemetery there.
