HAGEN'S FUNERAL
IS HELD TODAYCarroll Myron Hagen, only son of Mr. and Mrs. William F. Hagen, was born in Grinnell March 28, 1926, and died at a local hospital May 23, 1936, after a brief illness. He is survived by his parents and had made a large place for himself in the hearts of the children of Cooper school.
Funeral services were held at the home, 1411 Third avenue, this afternoon, conducted by the Rev. W.J. Stewart. Music was furnished by workers in the children's department of the United Presbyterian Sunday School of which Carroll was a member, namely Mrs. F.E. Holley, Mrs. William Hamilton, Mrs. M.O. Stanley and Miss Bertha Pearson. Pallbearers were Billy Stevenson, John Steen, Max Mintle, Foster and Junior Pugh and Dennie Grovenburg. The body was laid to rest in Hazelwood cemetery.
