BECVAR SERVICES IN
MARSHALLTOWN NOV. 29

Services for Mrs. Carl Becvar, 49, of Marshalltown were held Nov. 29 at the Estel Perrin Funeral Home. She died Nov. 27 at Evangelical Hospital.

She was born March 26, 1918, the daughter of John and Mary Lidtka Deedrick at Malcom. She received her education in the Malcom area, and she graduated from the Malcom High School. She later attended Central Iowa Busniess College in Marshalltown.

On March 14, 1947, she married Carl Becvar. The couple has one son, Richard.

Mrs. Becvar, previous to her marriage, was employed by Western Airlines at Tulsa, Okla., and by The Marshalltown Times-Republican.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister-in-law. Mrs. Becvar was a member of the Central Christian church. Surviving are her husband, her son Richard, her mother Mrs. Mary Deedrick of Malcom, and a brother Truman of Marhsalltown.
