GLENDENA WILSON

Glendena Wilson, 77, Houston, Texas, formerly of Grinnell, died Aug. 19 in Houston.

Memorial services were held Aug. 22 in Houston with the Rev. Darrell W. Evans officiating. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

She was born Aug. 20, (1914) in Chelsea, the daughter of Agnes and Albert Prusha. She moved to Marshalltown in 1924 and graduated from high school there in 1932. On Oct. 20, 1932, she was married to Clark W. Wilson of Grinnell. She was a member of the United Church of Christ-Congregational, Grinnell, and the Grinnell Country Club.

Mr. and Mrs. Wilson celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in Houston in 1982.

She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by one daughter Karen Ewing, Houston; two granddaughters and an aunt, Betty Wessar, Logan.
