DIES IN OREGON

cus Parmenter Flu Victim
-----------------------------Edna M. Parmenter, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Parmenter, of Philomath, Ore., died at the home of her parents, December 19, after an illness with influenza. The body was brought to Grinnell for burial. Funeral services conducted by Rev. C.A. Carman, will be held at the grave at 3 o'clock this afternoon. Burial will be in Hazelwood.
The deceased was a granddaughter of Mrs. G.D. Parmenter of this city. Her parents formerly lived here but moved to Oregon on account of the more beneficial climate. The whole family has been ill with the influenza.
