HAZEL NOHRING

Hazel Morrison Nohring, 78, of Rte. 1, Malcom, died of a heart ailment Saturday, April 15, at Grinnell General Hospital.

Graveside services were conducted Monday at Hazelwood Cemetery, with the Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The daughter of James and Mary McQuoid Morrison, she was born Dec. 1, *1910. She was married to John Nohring March 1, 1939, in Oskaloosa. The couple farmed near Malcom until 1973, then moved to Malcom.

There are no immediate survivors. Mrs. Nohring was preceded in death by her husband in 1987; a brother, John A. Morrison; and two sisters, Stella Mary Morrison in infancy and Dorothy Hanssen.

Memorials in her name may be left at the funeral home.
