DEAD MONDAY

LYNNVILLE (Special) -- A Lynnville area farmer, *Algar Taylor, 66, died suddenly of an apparent heart attack Monday afternoon.

A search was initiated when he failed to come for supper that evening. His body, still seated in the cab of his truck, was found by neighbors in a field on his farm 3-1/2 miles south of this community.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Taintor Methodist church. The Rev. Jerry Brown will officiate and interment will be in Friends cemetery at New Sharon.

Survivors include his wife Velma; a daughter, Harriet, who is girls physical education instructor at the Newton schools; and a sister, Mrs. Nellie Williams of New Sharon.
