DEATH CLAIMS
MRS. GEO. TAYLOR
OF LYNNVILLE

Lynnville, Ia., July 17, Special:

Mrs. George Taylor passed away at her home south of town July 2, 1934. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Friends church with Rev. Giles Youngquist in charge.

Music was furnished by a quartet composed of Mrs. Will Allee, Mrs. Harvey Gause, Charles Potter and A.T. Gifford, accompanied by Mrs. A.F. Quire. Pallbearers were Leonard and Rex Williams, Raymond and Elvin Garner and Floyd and Clifford Falkner, all relatives of the deceased.

Appalonia Garner, daughter of Samuel and Emily Garner, was born July 9, 1857, and died July 2, 1934, at the age of 76 years, 11 months and 23 days. She was married to George E. Taylor June 16, 1878, and to this union were born three daughters and one son: Daisy Wilson of Lemberg, Saskatchewan, Canada; Tempa Taylor of Lynnville; Nellie Williams of New Sharon, and Elgar Taylor of Taintor.

During her early married life Mrs. Taylor was converted and joined the Methodist church at New Sharon of which she was a member at the time of her death.

Surviving relatives are her husband, three daughters, one son, three brothers, two grandsons and one great-grandson.
