Margaret was born on June 9, 1920, to Ernest and Harriet Landon Coleman, near Zearing, Iowa. She attended country schools and then graduated from Zearing High School.

On July 23, 1940, she was united in marriage to W.D. "Jack" Eurom in Bethany, Missouri. The couple farmed near St. Anthony, Iowa, before moving to State Center in 1945. In 1955, the couple then made their home in Kellogg and farmed until their retirement in 1975. Margaret moved to Grinnell in 2008 and for the past two years has lived at St. Francis Manor in Grinnell.

She was a very active member of the Kellogg United Methodist Church, and the Methodist Women. Margaret's life revolved around the church and was involved with many aspects of the church. Her faith was strong and she left an impression on everyone. She was a chairperson for the Ice Cream Social, taught Sunday school, and drove people to and from the church functions.

Margaret enjoyed her flower garden and took great pride in her roses and irises. She did all the sewing for her family and also quilted and crocheted. She liked reading her Bible and the Upper Room Booklet. There were always frozen chocolate chip cookies and birthday pies for her family. She excelled at being a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother and she was extremely proud of her family.

Margaret is survived by her three children, Beverly (Gordon) Stepp of Grinnell, Shirley (Bill) Kinnaird of Grimes, and Gary (Nina) Eurom of Des Moines; three grandchildren, Scott (Missy) Stepp, Stacy (Scott) Cook and Nick Kinnaird; three great-grandchildren, Kelsey Price, Jake Dunsbergen and Dylan Cook; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1995; three brothers, Orville, Russell and Clyde Coleman; and two sisters, Luella Crain and Ruth Moody.
