FUNERAL SERVICES
FOR ROY ALEXANDER

Roy Alexander, 52, died Saturday, Nov. 15, at the St. Francis Hospital in Grinnell. He had been in the hospital since July.

Roy has been in the radio business for many years. When TV came along he also began repairing TV sets and owned the first TV set in Montezuma. Roy also operated a portable public address system which he very often loaned and operated at no cost for many civic activities in Montezuma as a help to the community. He also operated an official weather observation station at Montezuma.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at the Steffy Funeral Home in Montezuma with Rev. George S. Snyder in charge. Interment was in the Masonic-I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Montezuma.

Casket bearers were Tom Ross, Hoyt Bonham, Bob Lammers, Loel Ferguson, Raymond Ehret, and Glen Sigafoose.

Surviving are his mother, two brothers, Ned and Joe, and two aunts.
