MRS. DUNN
DIES AT 84

Word has been received here of the death of a former Grinnell resident, Florence (Burroughs) Dunn, 84, of Whittier, Calif.

She was the daughter of Alfred and Mary Burroughs and was born in Grinnell on March 10, 1895. She was a graduate of Grinnell College and a member of the Congregational Church here.

She was married to Andrew Dunn and the couple had two daughters.

Mrs. Dunn is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Marco (Frances) DeFano of Whittier and Mrs. Escoll (Harriet) Johnson of Dothan, Ala.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a sister, Esther Burroughs; and two brothers, Thomas and George Burroughs.
