DOUGLAS OLIN

Douglas C. Olin, 38, of Montezuma, Iowa, died at his home Oct. 17.

He was born July 12, 1956 at Oskaloosa, the son of Paul E. and Julia H. (Lewis) Olin. He was graduated from Traer High School in 1974. He moved to Montezuma, where he worked for Dieomatic/Monte Manufacturing for over ten years.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Doug is survived by his parents, Paul and Julia of Montezuma; three sisters and their husbands: Joan and Jimmie Vitera of Montezuma, Jeanie and Dean Richman of Cedar Rapids, and Ruby and Carl Blanchard of Moline, Ill.; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services were held Oct. 19 at Golden Rod Cemetery in Deep River. Officiating the services was Rev. Dennis Dorsheimer of Jackson Church of Christ, Montezuma.

Casket bearers were Bob Vitera, Chris Northcutt, Jeff Hendrickson, Jay Blanchard, Franklin Blanchard and Shane Stephenson. Arrangements were made by Watts Funeral Home, Montezuma.
