FORMER GRINNELL
BUSINESSMAN, DIES

Word has been received here of the death Sunday of a former Grinnell businessman, Ernest (Bibe) Peters, 62, at a Westminster, Calif., hospital.

Funeral services will be held at Westminster Tuesday.

Mr. Peters moved to California a number of years ago after having resided in Grinnell for many years.

He had been a partner in the Wright and Peters Sales Co. here before moving to California. Before that, he had been employed at Mitchell Motor Co. for a number of years.

Mr. Peters had been bedfast for about six months and had been incapacitated for the past four years.

Survivors include his wife, Gertrude, and son, Eddie, both of the family home at 8042 E. 19th, Westminster.
