ALICE SHARP

Alice Sharp, age 91, of the Sharp Place Community, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2013 at her home.

Mrs. Sharp was born July 15, 1921. Mrs. Sharp is survived by two sons, JUNIOR SHARP and wife VICKI of MALCOM, IA and Roy Sharp and wife Carol of Jamestown; four daughters, Marie Hall and husband Henry, Maxine Blair and husband Lyle and Dulcie Brown and husband Roger all of Jamestown and Bonnie Gibson and husband Richard of Parker City, IN; three brothers, Milford, Raymond and Herbert Roysden; two sisters, Novella Smith and Cloe Jean Keeton; twenty-one grandchildren; forty-seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Sharp was preceded in death by parents, Dewey and Minnie Miller Roysden; husband, Edison Sharp; two sons, Charlie and Roger Sharp; three brothers, Lawrence and Floyd Roysden and Earl Miller; sister, Juanita Strunk; son-in-law, Jerry Creselious; grandson-in-law, Jerry Voiles; granddaughter-in-law, Karen Sharp; and step-granddaughter, Heather Mulkey.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 29, 2913 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Mundy Funeral Home with Bro. Lawrence Blevins officiating. Burial followed in the Sharp Place Cemetery. Pallbearers included Donald Sharp, Greg Sharp, Darrell Sharp, David Sharp, William Sharp, Travis Creselious, Ryan Gibson and Eric Gibson.

Mundy Funeral Home of Jamestown, Tennessee was in charge of services.
