BLYTHE C. CLARK, 72

Blythe C. Clark "Bee," 72, died of cardiac arrest on June 13, 2010, at Hospice in Grinnell Regional Medical Center.

Graveside rites will be held on June 18, at 11 a.m., at Hazelwood Cemetery in Grinnell. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

Bee was born July 24, 1937, to Fernne and Gordon Osborn of Brooklyn where she attended school. Bee was married to Elmer Dean Hawkins in 1957 and to that marriage two children were born, Kevin and Kathy. They were divorced in 1967. She then married Lee Johnson in 1968 and together they owned LeeBee Kennels, east of Grinnell, for 15 years.

Lee passed away on July 1, 2003. Bee then married Joseph Clark of Grinnell in 2005.

Bee is survived by two children, Kevin Hawkins of Garwin, and Kathy Hulin of Gilbert, Ariz.; and eight step-children, Fred and John Furbotton, Tom, Pat and Paul Johnson, Brian, Ron and Cheryl Clark; and two sisters, Lucille Erickson and Karel Shults; and brother, Gene Osborn.

Bee was preceded in death by her parents, Fernne and Gordon Osborn; two brothers, Neal Osborn and Keith Osborn; and her husband, Herbert L. Johnson, "Lee."
