HELEN LOUISE WEBBER

Helen Louise Webber, 80, of Deep River, passed away at her home Jan. 11.

She was born Nov. 28, 1911 on a farm near Deep River, the daughter of Harry and Bessie (Fahrney) Armstrong. She attended rural schools, graduating in 1930 from Thornburg High School.

On July 28, 1938 she was united in marriage with George E. Webber at Oskaloosa. To this union two sons were born.

She was a member of the United Church of Deep River and the Sunshine Sisters. Helen's greatest enjoyment was her family and home. She lost her vision in the early 60's, but with the help of her husband maintained her home until the time of her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Donald Armstrong; one sister, Neva Richardson; and a daughter-in-law, Connie Webber.

Helen is survived by her husband, George; two sons and their wives: Larry and Kathy Webber of Deep River and Jerry and Cheryl Webber of Cleburne, Texas; five grandchildren: Janet Dye, Tiffany Howard, Duane (Duc) Webber, Anita Webber and (the rest was not attached..)
