NETTYE KIMBERLEY

Nettye G. Kimberley, 83, of Lyndhurst, Va., formerly of Grinnell, died of cancer May 18 at the home of her nephew.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at Golden Rod Cemetery, Deep River, with the Smith Funeral Home of Grinnell in charge of arrangements.

The daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth Gauch Kimberley, she was born June 19, 1916, in Maxwell. She was a 1946 graduate of Valparaiso University. She moved to Grinnell in 1967 and to Lyndhurst in 2001.

Surviving are one brother, the Rev. Wyatt Kimberley of Dallas, Texas, and Alphond Timm of Baxter. She was preceded in death by her parents and one half-sister, Glorene Schlesselman.
