Funeral services for Rose Marie DeVilder were held Monday morning at nine o’clock from the Catholic church at Brooklyn. The Rev. E. W. Barron had charge of the services. Burial was in the Catholic cemetery. The pall bearers were Irene DeVilder, Arline DeVilder, Dorothy DeLoof and Elsie Bloom.

Rose Marie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed DeVilder, was born June 11, 1932, and died June 23, 1934, at the age of two years and 12 days.

She had suffered from heart disease and was ill three weeks before her death. Rose Marie was a bright, happy child and much loved by her playmates.

She was the youngest of eight children. Besides her parents she is survived by four brothers: Fred, Leonard, Raymond and Melvin; and three sisters, Lorraine, Margaret and Evelyn.
