SERVICES CONDUCTED FOR MRS. OMER FRY

The funeral of Mrs. Omer Fry was held Monday afternoon, Dec, 27, at the Steffy Funeral Home with the Rev. William J. Yunk in charge. Music was provided by Mrs. Earl De Jong accompanied by Miss Alice Underwood, organist.

Interment was in Jackkson Township Cemetery with Jarrett Beal, Adrian Sams, Glenn Talbert, Harold Taylor, Harold Bushong and Madison Sams, Jr., serving as pallbearers.

Laura Helen, daughter of Crist and Emily Kaul, was born in Zealand, N.D., on Sept. 27, 1915, and died in a nursing home in Wellman, Iowa, on Dec. 15, 1965. She was 50 years old.

She attended Lutheran Bible School and later taught in the school. In 1930 she was confirmed in the Zion Lutheran Church in Zealand, N.D.

In 1939 she was united in marriage with Birge Quimby, to this union, one son, Ronald Ray, was born.

On June 2, 1958, she married Omer E. Fry. They lived in Montezuma for two years and since 1960 they have resided in Wellman.

She is survived by her son; her husband, Omer; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
