SCHEDULE SERVICES
ON TUESDAY FOR
GRACE RICHESON, 64

Mrs. Grace Richeson, 64, Grinnell, widow of Jasper Richeson, died at a local hospital Saturday evening following an illness of several months.

Services are to be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home with Dr. G.S. Bruland of the Methodist church officiating. Mrs. Rhee Auman will furnish organ music.

Pallbearers will be Bob Bryan, Tom Godfrey, Lloyd Henderson, Loren Rutledge, Wells Weyrauch and Ed Winchester. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows cemetery at Victor.

She was born Jan. 26, 1896, in Poweshiek county, the daughter of John and Mary Hardin Wheeler. She spent her early life on the family farm near Carnforth and later lived in Des Moines and Colfax before settling in Grinnell.

On June 12, 1935, she was united in marriage with Jasper "Jap" Richeson in Victor by the Rev. O.J. Fix. He preceded her in death on Jan. 4, 1958.

Mrs. Richeson is survived by a sister and a brother, Mrs. Oscar (Mabel) Cartee of Galesburg, Ill., and Glen A. Wheeler of Colfax, four nephews and two nieces.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

She was a member of the Grinnell Methodist church.
