RITES WEDNESDAY
AT MONTEZUMA FOR
MRS. JAY WHEELER

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at Montezuma for Mrs. Jay Wheeler, 77, who died at her home there Monday.

Officiating at the services was the Rev. George Snyder. Interment was in Jackson Township cemetery.

Born at Brooklyn on Dec. 11th, 1883, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Owen. Her husband preceded her in death in 1959.

Mrs. Wheeler is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Doris Sharrar of Montezuma, Mrs. Letha Parker of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Erma Pohlman of Madison, Wisc.; one son, Benjamin Douglas of Gibson; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ruth Mayes of Imperial Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Oral Snyder of Norwalk, Calif.; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
