Mrs. Belle Hall was born in Iowa county, Iowa, near Victor, April 4, 1875 and died July 3, 1917, at the age of 42 years, 2 months and 18 days.

She was the daughter of Israel Young of Muncie, Ind., and Jane Young of Marion county, Michigan. Out of a family of ten children there remain but four living. Edward and Mrs. Ollie Johns of Brooklyn, Mrs. Bertha McKerg of West Liberty, Ia. and Meda Brower of California. The father known and remembered by many here passed away about ten years ago. The mother is living and was present at the funeral.

The deceased was married to Ozra Hall February 25, 1892. To them were born two children, Mrs. Cora Lineweaver who lives near Brooklyn and Clifford who still lives at home.

The deceased was a faithful member of the South Side church. For many years she was the director of the choir and at her death was treasurer of the Ladies Aid.

She was ever ready to minister to the wants of others, doing more than her strength would permit of. She was in failing health for many years. Her life at many times hanging in the balance. She will not only be missed in the home but in the church and community as well.
