Obituary dated April 11, 1913

ALBERT DAVIDSON
BROOKLYN BANKER,
STRICKEN SUDDENLY

Albert Davidson, president of the Poweshiek County Savings Bank of Brooklyn, was stricken with heart failure while waiting for No. 6 on the platform of the Rock Island depot in Des Moines last night and died in a short time while being taken to a hospital in an ambulance. Mr. Davidson had gone to Des Moines to attend the meeting of Group 6 of the Iowa Bankers' Association and had been with the Poweshiek county bankers all day, appearing in his usual health. The Poweshiek county party were all at the station when he was stricken and H.F. Lanphere and S.J. Pooley were among the first to reach him when he fell. Al Talbott remained behind with him and sent the sad news of his death to his friends and dear ones in Brooklyn.
