SUCCUMBS DEC. 26

A former Grinnellian, Mrs. Jane S. Zollinger, 86, widow of Clinton B. Zollinger, died in a Long Beach, Calif. hospital on Dec. 26th.

She was the mother of Mrs. F.A. Jones of Grinnell.

Mrs. Zollinger had resided in Grinnell for a short time during the mid. 1940s. She was a member of the Grinnell Congregational church.

Funeral services are scheduled to be held Tuesday, Dec. 29th, at Long Beach.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Florence Ferguson of Long Beach; a sister, Mrs. Arthur Baxter of Cedar Rapids; three grand children, Addison Jones and Mrs. Charles Bethel, both of Grinnell and Mrs. James Maxwell of Lake Bluff, Ill., and eight great grandchildren.
