ALETA LIMBAUGH

Aleta Limbaugh, 87, died Thursday, July 26, at Friendship Manor.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Epperson, pastor of the Grinnell Christian Church, officiating. Organist was Jolene Jones, and vocalist was Jody Epperson. Burial was in *Canby Cemetery.

The daughter of Ardon and Algie Allen Comley, she was born Oct. 23, 1902, at Casey. She graduated from Casey High School and attended Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls.

She was married to Eldridge R. Limbaugh Feb. 27, 1924, at Casey. The couple lived in Greenfield and Griswold before moving to Grinnell in 1973. Mr. Limbaugh died in 1969.

Mrs. Limbaugh was a member of the Grinnell Christian Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Leila Maring of Grinnell; one sister, Alice Bosold of Mesa, Ariz.; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one daughter, Colleen Limbaugh; and a brother, Thaddeus Comley.
