AN OBITUARY
NOTICE OF MRS.
T.B. LIGHT

(From the Montezuma Republican)

Funeral services for Mrs. T.B. Light, who died Tuesday afternoon, were held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the Presbyterian church at Deep River. The Rev. W.Z. Allen, pastor of the church, had charge of the services. Burial was in the Old Dresden cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lloyd Hollingsworth, Andrew Wolford, William Mattern, Ellis Green, Menzo Light and Robert McKee. Mrs. George Dale played three selections on the organ.

Following is the obituary:

Maude Ennis, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Edgar H. Ennis, was born May 10, 1965, at Dresden. Here she grew to womanhood, receiving her education in the Dresden and Deep River schools. She was married to Tom Light March 7, 1883, at Dresden. The young couple went to housekeeping on their own farm three miles south of Dresden, where they lived until they moved to New Sharon, where Mr. Light was a huckster. For a number of years they have made their home on a farm west of Deep River.

Mrs. Light was always active in community and church affairs until old age creeping on made it impossible.

Mr. and Mrs. Light were the parents of three children: Edgar C., who with his family lived at the home and cared for the father and mother; Mrs. Nina Wylie of Tribune, Kansas; and Mrs. Guy Titcomb of Montezuma. The husband, three children and five grandchildren, besides a host of other relatives and friends remain to mourn their loss.
