The Grinnell (IA) Herald; Sept. 22, 1906

--After a brief illness Charles Mincer died at his home in southwest Grinnell about midnight Wednesday night of blood poisoning resulting from the extraction of a tooth. He was sick about two days. The funeral was conducted from the house at ten o'clock this morning by the Rev. J.M. McClelland. Mrs. B. Woolfinger and Mrs. D. Wooten both of Sioux City, sisters of the deceased, arrived in time for the funeral. Mr. Mincer leaves a young wife, having been married about three months.
