RUTH GEER

Ruth Geer, 88, of Malcom died Monday, Feb. 27, at Grinnell General Hospital.

Funeral Services were conducted Saturday at Watts Funeral Home in Montezuma, with burial in Ivy Hill Cemetery.

A native of Nebraska, Mrs. Geer had lived in Malcom for 47 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Garden Club.

Surviving are five daughters, Margaret Davis of Malcom, Elizabeth Curchelow of Des Moines, Norma Cheuvront of Naperville, Ill., Bernice Tish Dorhrman of Rickreall, Ore., and Phyllis Drape of Portland, Ore.; three sisters, Doris Goin of Loveland, Colo., Hope Nelson of Aurora, Ill., and Mary Veach of Sheridan, Ore.; 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

Memorials in Mrs. Geer's name may be made to the American Heart Association or the Arthritis Foundation.
