JACKSON WAS TODAY

Fred Jackson, well known in Grinnell as a painter during his days of activity, passed away Sunday evening at the home of his sister, Mrs. G.W. Merrill, 1514 West street, aged 55 years. He has been in failing health for many months. Funeral services are being held this afternoon from the home of Mrs. Merrill, conducted by Professor J.D. Stoops, and interment will be made in Hazelwood cemetery.
