BEN LEWIS DIES IN ENID, OKLAHOMA ON SATURDAY

Word is Received of Sudden Death of Former Grinnell Boy.

Word was received here Saturday night of the sudden death of Ben Lewis, son of F.G. Lewis and brother of Wendell Lewis of this city. Ben was a resident of Enid, Oklahoma, where he had made his home for a number of years and held the office of county attorney. He is well remembered by many Grinnell friends though he has not been here often the past few years. He attended college here in the late nineties but did not graduate. Mr. Lewis, Sr., and Wendell left at once for Enid to attend the funeral. Burial will be made there. Ben Lewis married Miss Leona Biswell, a daughter of William Biswell, formerly of Grinnell and now of Walnut Grove, Minn.
