RITES HELD FOR MRS. BUTNER

Annabelle Dee Russell Butner, 76, of Fruitland, Idaho, formerly of the Sheridan area, died of heart failure early Monday, Aug. 24, at the Presbyterian Nursing Home in Ontario, Ore.

Funeral services were conducted at the Fruitland Free Methodist Church on Aug. 26, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Payette, Idaho.

The daughter of Earl and Hazel Coe Dee, she was born on March 4, 1911, in Sheridan Township. She attended school there, graduating from Tama High School.

In 1930 she was married to Craig Russell. The family moved from Iowa to Idaho in 1944. In 1973 she was married to Emmett Butner.

Mrs. Butner is survived by her husband; four sons, Norman and Gerald of Montclair, Calif., Erle of Ontario, Ore., and James of Payette, Idaho; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four stepchildren; one brother, Warren Dee of Malcom; and two sisters, Marilyn Mayo of Malcom and Earlene Arment of Tama.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband and two brothers.
