RITES MONDAY FOR MRS. ROBERT SEATH

Mrs. Robert W. Seath, 49, wife of the minister of the Madison Church of Christ, died last Thursday at Mercy hospital in Iowa City. Mrs. Seath, a victim of cancer, had been hospitalized intermittenly for nearly three years.

Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at one o'clock at the Madison Church of Christ. Officiating ministers were Russell Casey, minister of the Hillside Church of Christ at Marshalltown, and Roy Coop, minister of the Grinnell Christian church. Mrs. Henry Hendrickson was organist and Mrs. Robert Toney of Dallas Center, soloist.

Interment was in the Garden of the Apostles section of the Chapel Hill cemetery on Merle Hay road in Des Moines. Officers of the Madison Church of Christ serving as pallbearers were Melvin Doty, Daryl Dyer, Herbert Kleiss, Jack Lang, Maynard Lang and Marion Hendrickson.

Honorary pallbearers consisted of the remaining officers of the church and ministers of the Central Iowa area. In charge of flowers were Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Montgomery, Mr. and Mrs. Charles De Pauw and Mrs. Herbert Kleiss.

Dorothy Bernice, the youngest daughter of Charles and Effie Bullock, was born in Davis county, Iowa, October 1, 1915, and died October 29, 1964.

On June 3, 1934, she was married to Robert W. Seath at Lancaster, Mo. and three children were born to the couple. They are Mrs. Carl (Sandra) Moses of Des Moines, Mrs. Marvin (Martina) Korns of Brooklyn and Robert Wayne Seath, at home.

Mrs. Seath was a member of the Madison Church of Christ where she served in many capacities until illness forced her retirement. She had served as choir director and sponsor of the Junior C.Y.H. She had lived with her family in the Madison church parsonage for nearly eight years.

She is survived by her husband; three children; two granddaughters, Kimberly Beth and Valerie Lynn Moses; two sisters, Mrs. Floyd Wilkinson and Mrs. Joe Dunlavy of Bloomfield and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Donald Bullock of Bloomfield.
