MRS. G.W. SPARKS

Mrs. G.W. Sparks, of Washington township, died suddenly Saturday night at the home of her mother, Mrs. White, in Lynnville, as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident four weeks ago. Mrs. Sparks and her husband were riding with Mr. and Mr. F.M. Ohmart and their son, Charles, in the Ohmart car, with Charles driving when in turning a corner the car went off a bridge. Mrs. Sparks was caught under it and was badly hurt but she had seemed to be improving steadily and her sudden death comes as a great shock. It is supposed that a clot of blood had formed which finally reached the heart. There was no warning that anything was wrong until fifteen minutes before her death. She leaves a husband and three sons to mourn this great bereavement. The funeral was held in Lynnville this morning at 10:00 o'clock from the house and at 10:30 from the Friends church. Interment was also at Lynnville.

Mrs. Sparks was widely known and greatly esteemed. Her death has caused deep sorrow among all who knew her.
