FUNERAL SERVICES FOR J. MEYER BEADERSTADT

J. Meyer Beaderstadt passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. W. Sleight, 1511 Washington, Ave., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, at the age of 66 years and 4 months; he had been in ill health for some time.

He is survived by four sons, Elgar and Bryan of Edson, Kas., Orville of Marshalltown, and Basil of Portland, Oregon, his wife having preceded him 22 years ago, and two sons, one in infancy, one, John, Dec. 12, 1928. He lived near Lynnville all his life except 3 years in South Dak., and two in Kansas.

The funeral was held from the Lynnville Friends Church Tuesday afternoon, May 14, at 2:30 in charge of Rev. Glenwood L. Stanley. Burial was in the Friends cemetery. The funeral was attended by a large group of relatives and friends from the Lynnville and Searsboro vicinities, also by Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sleight, daughter Lottie and son, Colson and wife all of Cedar Rapids, also the two sons from Kansas, and one son and family of Marshalltown and others.
