MR. DUNNING DIES AT 73

Mildred Paxon of Grinnell has received word from Glendale, Calif., that her cousin, Lauren Eugene Dunning, died Saturday, Jan. 7, following a lingering illness. He was 73.

Mr. Dunning was the son of George and Ione Shifflett Dunning, formerly of Grinnell.

He is survived by his wife, Louise; a daughter Gail Dunning Patzer; and three grandchildren.
